Course Description

BMGI’s one day ‘7 Innovation Habits’ program provides necessary impetus for front line employees, project leads to generate innovative ideas for the challenges at hand. Participants will learn about several innovation habits through use of videos, storytelling and further will help them imbibe the same in their day-to-day work. The select tools & techniques participants will learn are domain agnostic and will help them generate ideas to their pressing problems or dream project they are part of. Program will sharpen innovative thinking skills of front line employees as well as those at team lead level.
