Enterprise Process Management – Facilitator Certification Program

“Very few organizations actually get down to managing the business using a process approach. BMGI brings in the expertise to build/ strengthen the ‘Process Pillar’ that will help unlock hidden value” |
Organizations spend lot of time and money on defining work methods based on domain knowledge and use of technology. Yet they fall short in achieving the objectives of customer satisfaction, price, speed, flexibility and change. However, the equally important aspect of “Process” which integrates and aligns domain knowledge, technology and the material and information flows is not given adequate importance. Very few organizations actually rise above the functional silos and think about “what processes should exist in the organization? What are the most critical processes? Which processes will help achieve strategy? How mature are the processes? Do we have a process management system in place? What capability should be developed in the employees for ensuring success & sustenance?”
BMGI’s Enterprise Process Management (EPM) methodology enables organizations to identify, define, implement, measure & monitor and manage organizational processes that are required for meeting ALL Stakeholder Requirements. Our rigorous EPM framework ensures definition of first time right processes that are effective, efficient and flexible and most importantly deliver the results.
Course Description:
BMGI brings to you this five-day EPM Facilitator Certification Program that will build internal capability for leading the Process Management effort in the organization. This is a unique offering from BMGI and traverses the entire life cycle of process management. It provides a perspective on how the organization can leverage the “process pillar” along with domain knowledge and technology to achieve business benefits.
The EPM facilitators become a talent pool who understand the nuances of process management and hence can drive the whole effort.
Why should a Master Black Belt be a “Certified EPM Facilitator”?
Sustaining Process Improvements requires the complete understanding about various dimensions of process management. Any improvement is not sustainable if the controls/ changes are not managed through the inherent process. Processes “hold the gains”. Hence, it is essential to have the competency of managing the entire life cycle of process ie be able to drive process identification, creation, implementation and drive evaluation and improvement for sustaining improvements (facilitate the creation of project pipelines, drive assessments etc)
