Introduction to Innovation Tools
BMGI's Introduction to Innovation Tools course combines a high-level overview of why Innovation is critical to long term success, plus a more in-depth explanation of several effective Innovation tools. Students will learn about the Job to be Done, Outcome Expectations, Provocation and Movement Techniques and Brainstorming Techniques. This course is interactive and dynamic, built for employees at all levels.

Design for Six Sigma
This course will explore Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), a powerful problem solving methodology for building new processes and products. The presentation will define DFSS, list and define the key variables for each phase, and identify the characteristics of a DFSS project.

The course will contrast Six Sigma projects with DFSS projects and help identify when it is most appropriate to use each method. As an introductory course, it is appropriate for employees of all levels.
