This program provides executives and senior management with an in-depth overview of Lean Six Sigma and its' powerful effect on the organization. Students learn the critical aspects of a successful deployment and how key players within an organization can facilitate success. Also covered are best practices for implementing the infrastructure for a sustainable initiative.

BMGI’s eChampion® training prepares executives, process owners, and Champions for their leadership role in the Six Sigma deployment process. Ideal for busy business leaders unable to devote hours of time to classroom training, eChampion® provides a detailed introduction to the principles of Six Sigma, as well as thorough training on selecting and driving a project from start to finish. This program also works extremely well as “pre-work” prior to classroom Champion training, providing executives with a solid overview so they can focus classroom time on project selection and prioritization. Topics include an organizational overview of Six Sigma, plus how to identify, prioritize, define, scope and transition Six Sigma projects.
